Assess needs of client, select country, partner and vendors, set trip dates, develop and propose draft trip program and budget.

Conduct pre-trip Orientation Program for volunteers, make all logistical arrangements (flights, hotels, transport etc.), confirm program with partner.

Day-to-day management of volunteer trip, including all logistics, program leadership, liaising with partner and vendors, ensuring client's satisfaction.

Collect survey feedback from client and volunteers an submit an Evaluation Report, including Key Achievements.
